Ease for Customers to Own Elite Residences: Borneo Bay City Partners with BRI

PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk (APL), through Borneo Bay City Apartments, has once again strengthened its relationships with partners and loyal customers.

By partnering with Bank BRI's Ahmad Yani Branch, Agung Podomoro Land organized an event that featured BRI's priority customers and loyal customers of Borneo Bay City.

At the event, Borneo Bay City introduced various housing options along with the conveniences available to its customers.

The enthusiasm from business people and entrepreneurs present was evident, with some of them immediately making transactions and booking Soho units, and others planning site surveys.

Agung Wirajaya, Corporate Marketing Director of Agung Podomoro Land, mentioned that the public's enthusiasm is partly due to the construction of the National Capital City (IKN) project in East Kalimantan. This has indirectly attracted the interest of many business people and entrepreneurs to come and even relocate to its supporting city, Balikpapan.

He noted that this population shift greatly necessitates housing, providing a breath of fresh air for property developers in the City of Faith.

"This is an opportunity for you to own ready-to-occupy housing in anticipation of the IKN and to prepare for the migration wave of workers and business people coming from all over Indonesia to Balikpapan, the supporting city of IKN," he explained on Sunday (19/5/2024).

Not surprisingly, Borneo Bay City offers a range of units ready for occupancy with various conveniences.

These include a 2-year rental guarantee worth IDR 121 million, a fixed 5-year interest rate from Bank BRI of 4.65%, and various prizes from shopping vouchers to 5-gram gold bars.

APV Marketing of Agung Podomoro Land, Yenti Lokat, said that BRI's interest rates present an opportunity for customers to buy units and determine their installments.

This convenience is also supported by a 2-year rental guarantee and a 100% VAT subsidy program from the government valid until June.

"So, just a booking fee of IDR 15 million for apartments and IDR 30 million for Soho. We provide a 2-year rental guarantee upfront as DP and the response has been very good," she said.

Meanwhile, Branch Office Head of BRI Balikpapan A. Yani, Budiono Napitupulu, said that offering interest rates below 5% provides its own advantages for customers.

"For example, those who buy units at Borneo Bay through BRI, the down payment already includes rental guarantee, VAT, and our interest rate," he said.

He further revealed that the collaboration with Borneo Bay will continue.

Moreover, Borneo Bay City has entered Tier 1 on the national scale and will be prioritized.

"We have agreed to prioritize this, with the first priority scale until June 30. Of course, this collaboration will continue," he concluded.
